Cyprus financial regulator CySEC has issued an updated “Warning regarding unregulated entities”, regarding an online broker called Binarium.
CySEC said it wishes to inform investors that the company Binarium Ltd (HE321566) and the following websites, which appear to belong to it, have not been granted an authorization for the provision of investment services and/or the performance of investment activities, as provided for in Article 5 of Law 87 (I)/2017.

Binariums website shows the company operating from offices in Riga, Kiev, Nicosia and Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.
CySEC urges investors to consult its website (www.cysec.gov.cy), before conducting business with investment firms, in order to ascertain the entities which are licensed to provide investment services and/or investment activities.
